1. How do I know if I need Counselling?

You may choose counselling if you want to gain clarity on an issue, change old patterns, get some support with a personal problem or for personal development. There is no right or wrong reason to access support.

2. What happens in a counselling session?

Counselling is a process in which the client and therapist collaboratively work together towards goals set out by the client. Counselling gives you the space to talk about and explore whatever you want in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

3. What type of services do you provide?

We provide online counselling services and workshops/webinars for groups of individuals.

4. How old do I have to be to use this service?

You have to be at least 21 years old to use this service. There is no upper age limit.

5. What issues can you help with?

We can help with a range of issues including personal development, stress management, work-life balance, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, managing emotions, decision making, etc. We recommend you book an initial session to discuss the issue with our counsellor and see if you’d like to work together.

6. What are your qualifications?

Soha has a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, a Diploma in Psychotherapy accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, and over 15 years’ experience as a counsellor. 7. How many sessions should I book?

We offer both short-term and long-term counselling. Short-term counselling usually ranges from 6-12 sessions, whereas long-term counselling could last slightly longer. We suggest booking an initial session to discuss this.

8. Will my details remain confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is top priority for us and we take every effort to ensure it is maintained. Our counsellor abides by the ethics of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and the BPS (British Psychological Society) .

9. What days and times are sessions available?

Dr. Soha is available on weekdays (usually between 9am and 7pm). Since her clientele is from all over the globe, she can sometimes accommodate timings convenient to you, according to your time zone.

10. How long does a session last?

Each session lasts 50 minutes.

11. Do you offer counselling in a language other than English?

Although the counsellor’s primary language of communication is English, she can understand and speak Hindi, Urdu, Marathi and Gujarati.

12. How much does each session cost?

13. How are payments made?

14. Do you provide refunds?

All payments are final and we do not provide refunds.
