1. How do I know if I need Counselling?
You may choose counselling if you want to gain clarity on an issue, change old patterns, get some support with a personal problem or for personal development. There is no right or wrong reason to access support.
2. What happens in a counselling session?
Counselling is a process in which the client and therapist collaboratively work together towards goals set out by the client. Counselling gives you the space to talk about and explore whatever you want in a safe and non-judgmental environment and work towards concrete goals.

4. Will my details remain confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is top priority for us and we take every effort to ensure it is maintained. Our psychologist, Dr. Soha abides by the ethics of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and the BPS (British Psychological Society) .
5.How much does each session cost?
