Approach

With over 17 years’ experience as a therapist, my approach is…

Collaborative:
A safe and confidential space where you are valued- a judgement-free zone!

Tailor-made to suit your current needs: structured/goal-oriented techniques or an exploratory space to process emotions/ manage daily situations etc.

Evidence-based: From years of research on various counselling techniques and approaches, including EMDR, CBT, CFT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, ACT etc.

Compassion-focused: I offer a limited number of appointments so that I am fully present with the people I am working with.

Unique to your situation: I consider your background, culture, socio-political history and life experiences to understand you as a person first

Regular reviews: In the first session, we will talk through what you’re looking for from therapy and have regular reviews every few sessions to see how we are doing.
